1. Metered API Charges

For the Developer API tier, billing is strictly metered based on your usage beyond the free tier ($0.001 per request). Because billing is calculated post-consumption, we generally do not offer refunds for API calls that have already been executed.

2. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription or deactivate your API keys at any time. Upon cancellation, you will be billed for any accrued usage up to the point of cancellation, and no further charges will be generated.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

If you believe you have been billed in error due to system malfunctions, duplicated queries, or network timeouts, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the invoice date. We will review your usage logs and issue credits or refunds where appropriate.
