Welcome to ParseTx. By accessing our website and API, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ParseTx's services, API, and website, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. API Usage & Accounts

To use our API, you must register for an account and obtain an API key. You are solely responsible for keeping your API key confidential. Any requests made using your API key are your responsibility.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the API in accordance with these Terms.

3. Pricing & Billing

ParseTx offers a free tier of 5,000 requests per month via a dedicated Free Key. For production usage, our Pay-As-You-Go API is charged at a flat metered rate of $0.001 per request starting from the first transaction. All fees are processed via our payment gateway (Stripe) and are billed monthly. You agree to provide a valid payment method for billing.

4. Limitations of Liability

Our API is provided "as is" and "as available". ParseTx makes no guarantees regarding the uptime, absolute accuracy of merchant enrichments, or compatibility with any application. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
